TERMS.ENG Reservation Terms – KOPSIS BEACH HOTEL

The following terms apply to all reservations made through the website www.KopsisBeach.gr, via email or by phone.

By making a reservation, the visitor fully accepts these terms.

Reservations can be made:

via the website

by email

by phone

The reservation is considered valid and confirmed only after a confirmation has been sent by Kopsis Beach.

In some cases, a deposit or reservation guarantee may be requested.

A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation, the amount of which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

The deposit can be paid via:

bank transfer

credit/debit card

other available payment methods

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

The following conditions may apply:

Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.

Cancellation within 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation may be charged

The exact cancellation conditions may vary depending on the period and type of reservation.

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may include applicable taxes.

Kopsis Beach reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, unless the reservation has already been confirmed.

Guests must use the accommodation with respect for the property and other guests.

In case of damage to the room or equipment, compensation may be requested.

Kopsis Beach is not responsible for inability to provide services due to force majeure events, such as:

natural disasters

strikes

government measures

emergency circumstances beyond the control of the company

Personal data provided during booking is used exclusively for the management of the reservation and in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
